Block parties are noncommercial social gathering on a local, not arterial or collector, street or area requiring partial or complete street closure to vehicular traffic and use of the street for the festival.

Block party permits are issued pursuant to the provisions of El Segundo Municipal Code Chapter 8 (Use of Public Street and Other Rights of Way for Events) and are subject to the terms and conditions. 

Please complete application and provide insurance documents at least 30 days prior the event.
